Featuring superior power and versatility, the HX50 is equipped with a 49-hp Kubota® diesel engine to support all machine functions – from potholing and small-slot trenching applications to HDD fluid and jobsite debris cleanup.
PRODUCTIVITY: Powered by a 49-hp (36.5-kW) Kubota diesel engine to support all machine functions from potholing to cleanup of a variety of soils, HDD fluids and jobsite debris. With 20 percent more fuel capacity than its predecessor, the HX50 requires fewer refueling stops during the workday.
VERSATILITY: The HX50 can be equipped with either a 500-gal (1893-L) or 800-gal (3028-L) debris tank to meet the requirements of any size soft excavation or cleanup job. And, all trailer configurations are NATM compliant and are offered with an optional toolbox for extra storage.
DESIGN: With a low-profile design, the machine’s full unit height is reduced. An exclusive, lockable hose-storage design allows operators to store the hose flat and straight inside the unit frame. Patented, advanced door linkage automates lockout when fully opened, without requiring additional effort from the operator. Hydraulic controls at the rear of the unit enhance operator visibility.
MAINTENANCE: All maintenance points are more accessible with a liftoff power pack door design. Standard cyclonic filtration system minimizes filter cleaning frequency, provides superior filtration and increases productivity. Optional is a spare tire with carrier for easy access when needed.
